According to the graphic novel “From Hell” (wiki link), the most likely candidate for Jack the Ripper was the Queen’s physician - Sir William Whithey Gull. The book describes in great detail his motives, reasoning, and the necessary surgical abilities needed to remove organs from the victims and in such a clean cut manner. After reading the book, I was convinced he was the murderer. The other suspected physician of note, Sir John Williams, was the Queen’s obstetrician and may have committed the murders in a vein attempt at researching infertility in women.
